The family decided to take Dad to Malibu for Father's Day. Most of the day was spent exploring the Getty Villa in Malibu, followed by a great seafood lunch at Malibu Seafood along Pacific Coast Highway with a view of the ocean.

The Getty Villa is an educational center and museum dedicated to the study of the arts and cultures of ancient Greece, Rome, and Etruria. The Villa is a recreation of an ancient Roman country house near Pompeii. The museum houses thousands of artifacts from ancient Greece and Rome. The Villa is surrounded by gardens and fountains from that location and era.
